The interesting thing here isn't so much that a think tank spent time, money and effort creating a database proving what has already been proven; it's watching the whirligig of wingnuttery spin out of control desperately trying to discredit known fact. Sadly, No has, as usual, a quick rundown. If you're intrepid enough to wade into those waters yourself, Michelle Malkin is a good start, as she insists, in a performance that qualifies as some sort of online performance art, that the facts are irrelevant due to their source. Damn pesky facts.

My favorite comment, from James Joyner over at OTB: "Being proven wrong is not lying." How true. In the case of something as enormous as the Iraq War, lying reeks of criminal corruption, while being wrong merely reeks of criminal incompetence.
