-Paul Wolfowitz is -- wait for it -- working for the State Department! Amazing... I can't even find a metaphor. He's apparently chairing Rice's International Security Advisory Board, a body which no doubt has a ton of agenda items, most of them a result of the sheer incompetence of Wolfowitz himself.
-France and India, sittin' in a tree... and, um, signing a civilian nuclear tech deal. Yet another indicator that U.S. influence isn't so much waning as it is becoming irrelevant.
-Pakistan is testing missiles again. The timing is purely coincidental, I'm sure.
-Remember this guy? The Colorado Assembly just censured him. First time they've ever censured one of their own members, and he's only been there for two weeks. Not a good way to start a new job... Bruce, in his own defense, referred to himself as a Mr. Smith type. The NYT article tells us how well that went over:
